Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. The price, the curriculum, the tools, and the owners who already did it are all on the page before you buy, so we ask you to decide like an owner, and we do not offer refunds after access is granted except where the law requires one.
Why there is no guarantee
The Video Business System is a digital product you get full access to the moment you pay. We removed the money-back guarantee on September 2, 2026 because it does not change whether the installs work; doing them does. If you are not sure the System is for you, do not buy it yet. If you bought before September 2, 2026
You keep the terms that were published when you bought, in full. For purchases between August 26 and September 1, 2026 that is the Make-It-Back Guarantee below, preserved word for word. For purchases before August 26, 2026 it is the earlier wording: work the system for six months, and if it has not covered its own cost, show your work and get a full refund. Email josh@scaleupvideo.com if you are not sure which applies and we will honour whichever is more favourable to you.
The Make-It-Back Guarantee, preserved for buyers before September 2, 2026. Work the 30-Day Install for six months. If the business side of your studio is not materially clearer and easier to run, email us within 30 days of that six-month mark and show your work: the price sheet you built, the proposals you sent, and the pipeline you set up. If the work is there, we process the full refund within five business days. This is a refund on the price of the course, never a promise about what you will earn.
Everything else
Video Business Kickstart and every other digital product follow the same rule: sales are final once access is granted, except where a refund is required by law. If a purchase fails to deliver access, email us and we fix it the same day.
Booked calls are different
An hour with Josh is a $350 booked service, not a digital product, so it has its own rule.
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and you can either take a new time or ask for a full refund. A no-show, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, forfeits the call and the fee, because the hour was held for you and nobody else could take it. If Josh has to move the call, you choose: a new time or your money back.
