About Media Core
Josh started MC in back in 2019 as a solopreneur with no clients or business relationships. Starting from ground zero in his parents basement he hit the ground running and in 6 short years he has built up his video company into a 7 figure a year business. Media Core now employs 9 FTE's and shoots all over the country for their clients. With no recurring work Josh and the team have developed their sales process in a way to consistently sell 6-figures a month on new projects. Watch to see where they are at today!
The Why Behind Scale Up
One of the main differences of Scale Up is you're working with an owner that is still building their video business. Josh didn't see a little success like most coaches and then give up to start coaching others on how to build a company that they have never been able to build.

With a fully in-house team we are able to scale Media Core and build a culture and environment that attracts the best. We will dive into the challenges of hiring and what it takes to manage a large team and the overhead that comes with it.
